BLAST Portal for Project Transcriptomes
We have updated our transcriptome data to make both 454 and Illumina assemblies available for BLAST analysis. The remaining 8 assembled transcriptomes from 454 sequencing and 11 from Illumina sequencing will be added shortly, with databases for all 75 plant species available by February 2013.
